Shipping

We process orders Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays. Orders placed by noon (12pm) PST are processed, packed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after noon (12pm) PST are processed, packed and shipped the next business day. In some cases, shipping schedules may be subject to change due to volume or other conditions out of our control. 

We ship USPS ground. We do not guarantee the arrival time of a package, and base any expectation on USPS and their tracking system. We will be happy to assist in tracking a package by providing the USPS tracking number.

Local Pickup 

Please bring your order confirmation & valid photo ID. We ask that you please wear a mask/face covering at all times and maintain a 6 foot distance from others.

Pick up is available Monday-Thursday 7:30am-2pm and Friday-Sunday 7:30am-4pm.

Orders placed before 12:00pm PST Monday-Friday are usually ready for pick up in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and Holidays). We process, roast and fulfill orders Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays.
