My go-to coffee. Used to drink Peet's Italian Roast, then tried the Red Rooster Roast from Taylor Lane (work sent it as a gift). Then tried the Goat Rock, and it was over for all other coffees.
I did try another blend from Taylor Lane, but am going back to Goat Rock after I'm done with that bag because it's really just that good. If you prefer darker roasts, this is the perfect blend. Plenty of robust coffee flavor without the bitterness.

We moved from Sebastopol three years ago and we keep coming back to Goat Rock. Taylor Maid and Taylor Lane were a huge part of my early motherhood journey. I would meet a friend at the coffee shop in the Barlow and walk to the park near by. Moving away was what we needed but I am so thankful to have a little bit of Sebastopol in my cup every morning. My three star rating is due to the inconsistency of the roasting of the beans. The first can was perfect, great flavor, not oily or acidic. The second can was so oily, I refused to use it in my Jura coffee machine. The third can was partially oily but still acidic. I have not opened the fourth can. My wife and I have loved the Goat Rock coffee flavor for years, but again will pause using due to inconsistent roasting.

We had your coffee in the restaurant California Kitchen in San Francisco where he lives, and we enjoyed it a lot, so I decided to get him that for Christmas.
