Organic Coffee Paprika Salt

organic coffee paprika salt

Set aside some ground coffee to make a simple coffee paprika salt to add depth of flavor to grilled meat and veggies. We chose Winter Harvest Roast for this particular recipe. The blend of smoky Indonesian coffee and berry Ethiopian flavors nicely compliments the peppery paprika.

Ingredients

•  1 Tbsp. freshly ground organic coffee

• 1 Tbsp. organic hot smoked Spanish paprika

• 2 Tbsp. sea salt

Makes about 1/4 cup

Directions:

1) Add coffee, paprika and salt in a small bowl and stir to combine.

2) Add mixture to salt grinder or air tight bowl and voilà!
